Delivery and Returns
Standard delivery to the UK as charged on checkout. Delivery is usually between 3-5 working days from receipt of order but may take longer at busier times of the year.
We offer FREE Click & Collect from the store.
Collections available Tue-Fri 11am-5pm. Simply select this option at checkout.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied items can be returned to us in their original packaging for a full refund.
Please contact us by email to arrange a return within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase to:

Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received by us, we therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service.
We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 3-5 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.
The following examples are non-returnable:
- Face coverings
- Food and drink
- Beauty items and cosmetics
- E-vouchers and gift vouchers
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Sales items are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We take every care to make sure your items arrives in perfect condition, if for any reason your order is faulty or damaged, please email us with a photo of the goods and your order reference number within 24 hours of receiving your items.
